We have confirmed that certain players have intentionally exploited an in-game bug to gain an advantage, which is a violation of the Terms of Service. As such, we have taken disciplinary action against the accounts of the players in question.
In order to provide a fair gameplay experience to all players, the following acts are strictly prohibited as stated in the Terms of Service under article "11. ONLINE CONDUCT":
"g) use or exploit any bugs, errors, or design flaws...to gain an unfair advantage over other players, or to cheat or utilize unauthorized exploits in connection with the Services, including but not limited to...using any bots, emulators, or other unauthorized third party tools;"
For any users found violating the above, we may issue account warnings or service suspensions without notice.
To prevent future cases, we have established a special "Countermeasures Team" to deal with such issues.
We will also continue to monitor such issues, so if you find any player suspected of cheating, please send us a report using the "Report" function.
